As part of European Week of Sport, which runs 23rd – 30th September, Special Olympics Ireland are running three FREE online events for athletes to participate in.
We are encouraging athletes to be physically active during this week..
These events include
- Zoom Fitness class – that will include a talk around the importance & benefits of exercise
- Tai Chi class – with a focus on building Stong Minds & looking after our mental Health
- Fit 5 Exercise class – which will cover a range of topics, including the importance & benefits of good nutrition
Athletes can select to attend either one or all of the events if they so wish.
