Blanchardstown Family Forum – November 30th

The Family Forum is a place for families to meet and talk about Children’s Disability Services in the Blanchardstown area.

The discussion will be chaired by an independent facilitator on the day, and the Blanchardstown Children’s Disability Network Manager will talk through what is happening locally to help improve the service we provide.

We are offering two sessions to help accommodate as many people as possible.

The Family Forum will elect two Family Representatives who will meet the Children’s Disability Network Manager on a periodic basis and will join the Family Representative Group at area level. More information about this and the Forum are available in the leaflet enclosed.
