Avista is a founding member of The National Intellectual Disability Memory Service – a centre of excellence in dementia assessment and diagnosis for people with an intellectual disability.
The Memory Service – operated in partnership with the Trinity College Centre for Ageing with Disabilities and Tallaght University Hospital aims to support people with, or at-risk for long-term memory conditions through diagnosis, assessments, and post-diagnosis supports to ensure that persons with memory conditions can live a quality life.
Our Sonas Residential Centre located at St. Joseph’s Centre Clonsilla provides for the long-term housing and care needs for individuals we support with dementia or other memory conditions.
