Occupational Therapy (OT) services promotes health and wellbeing by supporting adults to participate in the activities that they want or need through focusing on the person, the environment, and meaningful activities.

Our Occupational Therapists support the individual to participate to their full potential in their home, social, educational, work or leisure environments.

Occupational Therapy is provided in a variety of different settings depending on the goals of the individual. It can occur at home, in various locations in the community and at our service centres. This input may be in the form of:

  • Consultation and advice.
  • Clinical sessions.
  • Home and school visits.
  • Training and workshops (In person and online).
  • Groups.
  • Advocacy.
  • Community outreach.
  • Seating Clinic.
  • Telehealth.
