Avista Training, Enterprise and Employment Services (TEES) provide adults the opportunity to engage in a range of supports that are designed to provide an individual with the tools, skills and assistance to achieve self-directed goals and life activities.

The supports are provided through day centres, community hubs, outreach service, in-person and remote supports available at our Limerick and Dublin service areas.

Avista TEES offer person centred flexible day service supports, which places the emphasis on personal discovery journey, community integration and active citizenship being the foundations of all supports offered.

Entry to TEES is through the school leaver process, which supports people to make the important transition from childhood to adulthood support services in an understanding and compassionate manner. We encourage each person to develop the skills needed to live an independent life that is unique to them. We guide each person, in partnership with their families through the journey, empowering young adults to have a voice in their life choices and to be heard within their communities. This involves educating people in the areas of Money Independence, Travel Independence, Job and College readiness and Self Advocacy.
